Shipping policy

After an order is placed we will send a confirmation email, within 48 hours.  

All items are custom made to order. Our processing timeframe is 3 - 4 business days, with orders shipping out within 5 -7 days after processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). As for exclusive custom items they ship out in 15 - 30 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).

If you have a large order, it may take a few extra days to design your items. In that case, we will email  you to inform you how long it will take to design your items.

Then you will be notified by email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You will receive your items  within 7-14 days after the email confirmation. 

Due to current circumstances with COVID 19 shipping has been impacted packages can be delayed by a few extra days. We thank you for your support and patience.
